How long does it take to process a refund?


If your refund request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-12 business days, depending upon your bank.

Please ensure that the wines delivered are not defective or damaged, before accepting the order. On accepting the order, you have agreed that the product(s) are in acceptable conditions. However, if there still are issues, please contact us or call us at 9005 5404, within 7 days of delivery, and we will be happy to investigate your case. Please do note that we try hard to accept all reasonable refund cases.

In exceptional cases, we may require you to return the product in order to process your refund request. In such cases, we will reach out to you separately to establish a date and time convenient to collect the product, at no additional cost.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection status of your refund.
