How do I cancel a wine purchase?


If you have changed your mind, reach out to us to request for an order cancellation! Do note that you can cancel an order as long as it has an "Unfulfilled" status in the Fulfillment Status in your order summary page. Due to our quick delivery promise, orders are usually in "Fulfilled" status within an hour of placing an order, so do reach out as soon as possible.
